"Can’t say enough good things about Barry’s team! Laurel and Renee recently went to bat for me multiple times, working with both State Farm and the department of licensing, when there was a misunderstanding about my insurance coverage that I couldn’t clear up myself (not really anyone’s fault, just a complicated situation and a series of miscommunications). Laurel reached out to me without me needing to ask to keep me in the loop when there were delays on State Farm’s end and was always cheerfully willing to assist me when I needed more documentation. Renee ended up phoning the department herself to clear up the issue when other approaches failed. Laurel was also wonderful when my sister was in an accident a few years back and called the agent’s number, very upset and not knowing what to do.
